How can I download the field service app?
The Housecall Pro mobile app is available on the Apple App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.
Can I access job information without Wi-Fi or cell reception?
Yes, certain parts of the mobile app, including job and scheduling data, can be viewed without Wi-Fi or cell reception. Editing in offline mode is not supported at this time.
What languages does the mobile app support?
We have English and Spanish versions of the mobile app available for all role levels. Your app language will automatically follow your mobile device’s language settings, but there is the option to switch.
Can I control what kind of access or permissions each team member has?
Yes! From your settings, you’ll be able to give your office staff and field techs specific permissions, limiting what they can or cannot do in Housecall Pro—from editing jobs and schedules to accessing reporting and more.
